Flat 20% Off on International Hotel Bookings for Family

Terms and Conditions

1. The Customers will get 20% off on the transaction amount up to ₹3,000/- on international hotel bookings when ‘FAMTREAT’ coupon is applied and the transaction value should beis above ₹9,999/- (“Offer”).
2. This offer is valid from 28th May 2024 at 00:01 hours till 31st March, 2026 at 23:59 hours(“Offer Period”).
3. This Offer is valid on all bookings with a minimum transaction value above ₹9,999/- on International Hotels.
4. The Offer is valid multiple times per user using the above offer code for the Offer Period. The offer can only be availed if the customer is adding a child (Above the age of 5 years)
5. The Offer instant discount is calculated on base fare + taxes.
6. This Offer coupons will be available in the offer tray on the review page on the Adani One platform.
7. The Offer is valid on Adani One platform.
8. To avail the Offer discount, simply enter the coupon code ‘FAMTREAT’ before making the payment with your debit/credit card, net banking, UPI, and wallets and the discount amount shall be deducted from the amount payable by you.
9. The Offer discount is valid per booking. In case you book for more than 1 adult and child (above the age of 5 years) in a single transaction, you will still receive the discount on per booking basis only.
10. In case of full/partial cancellation, the offer stands void and the entire Offer amount shall be deducted from the refund amount along with the cancellation charges, convenience fees or any other charges.
11. If there is any rescheduling, Customer has to bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or in applicable tax + surcharge) and other rescheduling.
12. This Offer discount is valid on Adult & Child bookings only during the Offer Period however, it is not valid for child under 5 years of age.
13. The Offer discount cannot be clubbed with any other discount/cash-back/offer that may be available on Adani One.
14. Adani Digital Labs Private Limited (ADL) and Adani One reserves the right to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these Terms or to replace, wholly or in part and to withdraw this discount at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, at any time in its sole discretion.
15. ADL is the sole authority for interpretation of these Terms.
16. ADL shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event.
17. In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer, ADL reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking.
18. In no event the entire liability of ADL under this offer shall exceed the Offer amount under this Offer.
19. ADL shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Offer.
20. These Terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India and the courts at Gurugram will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters/disputes arising out of or in relation to this discount.
21. These Terms and conditions are in addition to Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, to which you agree to by using Adani One platform and also in addition to the conditions applicable to hotel bookings. To the extent the aforesaid Terms and Conditions are inconsistent with these Terms, these Terms shall prevail with respect to this particular Offer discount only.
22. By opting for this Offer discount, every customer expressly agrees that neither ADL nor any of its affiliates will be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a customer may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with such discount that arises from such customer’s own act of omission or commission.
23. The discount is completely optional and is chosen by the customer of his/her own discretion. Any person availing this discount shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
