Terms and Conditions

1. The Refer and Earn: Car Parking Loyalty Program (“Program”) is offered by Adani OneApp to incentivize registered users (“Referrers”) to refer new users (“Referees”) to book car parking services via the Adani One App or M-Web platform (Platform). Participation in the Program is voluntary and subject to these Terms and Conditions, along with the general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of the Adani One App.
2. The Program is valid across airports operated and managed by Adani group entity including Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport, Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport, Mangaluru International Airport, Jaipur International Airport, Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport, Thiruvananthapuram International Airport, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, Navi Mumbai International Airport in India. Adani OneApp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice and without assigning any reason.
3. Referrer: Any registered user of the Adani OneApp.
4. Referee: Any individual who has never made a car parking booking on Adani OneApp.
5. Referrers will receive a ₹400 off coupon for each successful referral, defined as a completed first car parking booking by the Referee using the referral link.
6. A Referrer may earn a maximum of three (3) ₹400 off coupons under this Program.
7. Each coupon is valid for one (1) year from the date of issuance.
8. Coupons are single-use, non-transferable, non-renewable, non-negotiable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
9. Referrers can access the “Refer & Earn” banner on the Car Parking Home Page of the Adani OneApp.
10. Upon clicking “Refer Now,” Referrers can share a unique referral link via OS sharing options.
11. Each referral link contains a unique code tied to the Referrer.
12. Referees must use the referral link and complete their first car parking booking to activate the reward.
13. Upon successful booking by the Referee, the Referrer will receive a WhatsApp and SMS notification with their ₹400 coupon.
14. Notifications will be sent manually once daily and only for the first three successful referrals.
15. Coupons can be redeemed during future car parking bookings via the coupon tray in the Adani OneApp.
16. Coupons will remain visible in the tray until expiry.
17. Block bookings (e.g., multi-day parking) are eligible for coupon redemption.
18. Referrers may use coupons to avail discount up to ₹400 on their car parking transaction.
19. Referrer Cancellation: Referral coupons issued to the referrer will not be reissued if the referrer cancels their own booking before fulfillment.
20. Referrers must be logged in to share referral links.
21. Car parking services booked through Adani One may be fulfilled by third-party service providers. Adani OneApp and ADL act solely as facilitators and shall not be responsible or liable for any deficiency, delay, cancellation, or quality issues related to the services rendered by such third-party providers. Users are advised to review the terms and conditions of the respective service providers before availing of services.
22. Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Adani OneApp, ADL, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with Participation in the Program, Breach of these Terms; Misuse of the referral system; Violation of any applicable law or regulation; Any claim arising from the use of services provided by third-party service providers.
23. In no event shall ADL’s total liability under or in connection with the Program exceed the monetary value of the discount offered to the user under the Program, if any. ADL shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damage arising from or in connection with the Program, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or loss of profits.
24. Adani OneApp shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to a force majeure event, including but not limited to natural disasters, system failures, strikes, or regulatory changes.
25. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
26. ADL is the sole authority for the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions. ADL’s decision on all matters relating to the Program shall be final and binding.
27. In the event that the Program is modified, suspended, or terminated by Adani One or ADL, any unused coupons issued under the Program shall remain valid until their individual expiry dates, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the termination notice. However, Adani One and ADL shall not be liable to honor any coupon or provide any compensation, refund, or alternative benefit for coupons that remain unused after the termination of the Program.
28. Users acknowledge and agree that the continuation of coupon validity post-termination is at the sole discretion of ADL, and ADL’s liability in such cases shall be strictly limited to the face value of the coupon, if redeemable. No claims shall be entertained for expired, unredeemed, or ineligible coupons following the termination of the Program
