The stay was very comfortable, luxurious and affordable. The overall hotel service and staff behaviour was good especially duty manager Sumedh More was very helpful in everything and very polite and humble person always ready to help and also he make sure that stay should be comfortable. Overall hotel is very good, delicious food from restaurant and cafe. Vibe is very good. It feels like home to stay. Thank you Bloom for such a great service❤️

Had very bad experience specially in this catagory of hotels.!! First they have maintenance issue so haven’t arranged buffet breakfast.! We are vegetarian.! They served us non veg breakfast.! & service has no class .! They literally have all execuse which we were ask to.! After some time they just literally ignored our room service.!
