My overall experience with the hotel has been nothing short of delightful. Affordability and Value: Hotel Chinar Palace offers excellent value for money. It is truly an affordable option without compromising on quality and service. Comfortable Stay for the Family: My family and I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were not only affordable but also comfortable, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Service Excellence: The hotel staff exhibited a high level of professionalism and were incredibly cooperative. The owner, fondly called "Chacha," is a gem of a person. His genuine warmth and dedication ensure that guests have a pleasant and memorable stay. Hygiene and Cleanliness: One of the standout features of Hotel Chinar Palace is its commitment to hygiene and cleanliness. The rooms, as well as the attached bathrooms, were impeccably maintained, providing a worry-free and hygienic environment. Satisfying Culinary Experience: I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food offered at the hotel. The menu provided a variety of options, and each dish was not only delicious but also reasonably priced. Personalized Care: Chacha, the owner, goes above and beyond to make sure guests have a comfortable stay. His personal touch and genuine concern for the well-being of guests truly set Hotel Chinar Palace apart. Conclusion: In conclusion, my overall experience at Hotel Chinar Palace was exceptionally good. I left the hotel with a sense of satisfaction and happiness. Worst hotel of pahalgam. Think 100 times before booking this pathetic hotel . In October end,it's 4-5 degrees at night but they refuse to give blower or heater. Only electric blanket is given,but that's also is of no use as they intentionally switch off the power at night making you shiver in cold all night. They do not provide hot water in washroom before 6 pm,so you have to use the freezing cold water for toilet , bathing or hand wash which is unimaginable. Both owner and staffs are very rude and arrogant. Rooms are damp and so small that not even two persons can cross each other. Blankets are dirty and foul smelling. Food is of third grade quality.Dal was smelling terrible. In breakfast they only provide untoasted bread and omlette. Location is at the extreme end of pahalgam in laripora which is around 25-30 min from main market. Overall a shabby C grade hotel. Not at all recommended for family
