Always a pleasure to stay here. Have stayed almost 25-30 times in the past year. The staff especially Mr. Virendra Maurya, is very courteous and friendly and goes out of the way to make the stay great. The food is also pretty good.

I had a great experience and stay at the hotel. The staff was cooperative and polite. The room size was big and had a great view too. The amenities and room service was impeccable. I had earlier booked the hotel for just one night, but with the services and pricing, i extended my stay for another 2 days. The location is prime, ample parking space.

Dear Hotel Legend, I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel and I wanted to express my appreciation for the excellent experience I had during my accommodation. Your hotel exceeded my expectations in both the quality of the rooms and the service provided. I especially enjoyed the dining experience at your restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was prompt. I was particularly impressed with the timing of the room service. It always arrived on time, which was very convenient for me. I would also like to commend your receptionist staff for their outstanding service. They were incredibly helpful and always greeted me with a smile. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, my experience at Hotel Legend was nothing short of excellent.

I would not recommend this hotel, especially for female guests. During our two-night stay, the hotel allocated a room to a group of about 8-10 men for a party. The room design is such that conversations in the corridor are easily heard inside the rooms. This was particularly concerning as the partying group was loud under the alcohol influence and used offensive language, making our family feel unsafe. Despite being listed as a 4-star hotel on MMT and other websites, the quality of service and breakfast provided is more indicative of a 2-star establishment. The hotel's practice of not providing basic amenities like toiletries, dental kits, or towels unless specifically requested is another sign that it aligns more with a 2-star property rather than a 4-star one. This approach to guest services is a significant cost-saving measure. Additionally, it's worth noting that in Gomti Nagar, one can find branded 5-star properties like Hyatt for around an additional or lesser charge of INR 1000, offering much better value for money.
