Very nice service and well behaved staff. The room with all the amenities was provided with discounted rates. The restaurant service is also prompt. Situated at a very prime location, it is a go to place for stay in Patna. I will prefer to stay here again.

According to the price, the hotel is not good. For example, the wifi is not working in the room. Also, for controlling the AC you need to take the help of the assistant all the time. Even the TV was not working. The only thing that I liked is it's location.

I have been quite a regular customer for the restaurant.. But recently when we ordered the food, the experience was not so good.. the taste of food has declined and also the quality of food ... highly disappointed..

I went there to meet some old friends. But In order to be non problematic we ordered Chinese platters plus drinks too. As per hotels and restaurants rule we can sit after having our meals too, if restaurant is not so busy which is there in the rights but they continuously forced us to order more otherwise not to sit there. Though no one was there in the restaurant. I am not saying that they were rude to us but they were so annoying that we left the restaurant.

If i give any star for this hotel will be disrespect of star value...i got worst experience of my life during my pregnancy.... The receptionist (a girl) don't hv any manner to talk with guest... She always doubt that we unmarried even after seeing marriage pic nd also she clicked my marriage pic from her phn...my hospital is near to this hotel so i prefer going there bt she even don't knw how to treat a pregnant lady...me nd my hubby always given our uid ..still she treat worst nd hv extra attitude ..pls if u hv ur own respect pls stop going there... Room r not hygienic ,geyser r not working ,lift is always dirty....hotel can hv unmarried girl as receptionist bt married couple hv to proof that they r married even after she using wrong word as comment...
