I will rate this so called premium quality hotel a big 1 star , as 0 star rating is not available ! Rooms were very dirty , specially the carpet , a foul smell can always be found whenever you open the door or do anything to make the air flow ! We stayed there for one night and the behaviour of the staffs and guy in reception was very uncomfortable! The main downside will surely be the bathroom ! Worst bathroom I've ever experienced in a hotel! They really don't have any care or hygienic approach towards the hotel whatsoever ! Location is near the view point ! But the price should be around 1000 even in the peak season ! That would justify their hotel's condition and cleanliness !

Despite all the good reviews in social media, this is one of most unhygienic hotel I have come across in recent times. Rooms are small, dirty, carpet blankets are not clean, bathrooms are shabby. Services are ok. Location is very good. Kanchanjangha view rooms are partially bigger than the others, but with the price it comes one can easily get far better hotels near Mall.

We stayed there for two days and we took ground level room , Only positive thing is location , you can enjoy wide range of Mount Kanchanjunga from your room or bed. Apart from that room was not neat and clean blanket and floor mattress were very dirty and unhygienic. The food they served from their canteen was overpriced. But they behaved politely and tried their best to served us.

One of the best locations in Darjeeling from where one can see the entire Sleeping Buddha Range. The hotel has total 10rooms including family rooms. 4 rooms have mountain view. Rooms are very clean and cozy. Some of the rooms do not have any wardrobe and the bathroom is quite small. Otherwise it is must stay place. Local sight seeing is at walking distance from here.
