The staff at Grand Imperia Hotel is truly exceptional. Their commitment to providing top-notch service is evident in every interaction. Place is easy to find and location is good. Rooms were stinky, damp smell. Raisa Restaurant was good, food was good and staff was amazing. The Kings Landing - had a bad experience, when we were leaving a lady and staff asked for bill at the gate, and said it’s mandatory to show bill etc.. they even asked if we paid the bill :) we didn’t bother to keep the bill being the hotel guest. Had to call the waiter to get another copy of bill and show the proof. Please keep the bills if you visit this place.

Not a place as it has been portrayed. They have a great potential to develop, they have sufficient space to have wonderful landscaping , which can enhance the beauty of the building.Location wise too it’s good. As of now did not feel it was value for money. Breakfast was not at all good. Wishing you good luck. Will recommend to get the assistance of some good interior designers or Architects.
