This hotel is a classic example of a lodge in a temple town very near to temple. The rooms are very basic, no services..don't expect a phone or toiletries in the room...getting warm water is more than enough... The location is very amazing ...just 100 mtrs from the hotel is the main mahakal market...and hence you don't miss the services ....you can easily get anything to eat just at a 100 mtrs...the temple is just 200 mtrs...walk to temple anytime and you can go to the temple multiple times if you are staying here.... The quality and services of the hotels in this area is almost similar or worse...so if you are looking for something near temple and market this could be one of the most value for money hotel..

This was my worst experience with this hotel, zero no. to hospitality, zero no. to management and cleanliness. If you'll order something the staff will have the first sip then your chance will come. For any order you just have to wait.. wait.. and wait.. and when you'll complain there would be No sorrow from their side, they'll just say "Time to lagta hai". If you want this kind of hospitality, you're must welcome to this so called hotel.

The behavior of the hotel staff is not proper towards the customers. The behavior of the receptionist is also not proper. Room rent cannot be negotiated, the rent remains the same. Rooms are not cleaned on time. The food in the restaurant is good but the behavior of the receptionist is not proper, room charge has to be paid separately for ordering food and drinks in the room. The overall rating points from 2 to 3.
