Pathetic hotel and the staff. There was a mouse in the comode, staff was saying that it will gone by itself no need to worry. In the other room there was some smell. I asked them to use room spray, it took them more the 3hrs to spray and to change badsheet. There was some stains on the bedsheet, when I said to change it, staff says that it is okay there is nothing like that. And one more thing, if there is girl with you the will ask you some weird questions like what's your relationship with her? In which room she will stay? Overall pathetic experience in this Hotel.

The place is few km away from ujjain mandir. Also hot water was not coming in rooms, and those were poorly maintained and staff was not co-operative.

Room service is very very poor. Bathroom is very dirty. Sand particle is coming along with bath water. Hot water is coming only morning. Towel is not serving.overall look like a Dharmshala. Such a worst hotel just like poor
