Horrible service. Wont provide you with something as basic as waterbottles. Receptionists are keen you check you out and constantly trouble you even when you are well within your time frame. Moreover they do double bookings and pester you to move hotels if you dont checkout as per their convenience

My experience was brilliant! I always stay at this hotel, it has everything from cozy rooms to delicious food to rooftop bars. They have a nice parking facility and provide top-notch services. Easy on wallet!

Title: A Disappointing Experience at Ranbir's Hotel, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow Rating: ⭐️ I recently hosted a party at Ranbir's Hotel in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The celebration took place on the rooftop, and to my dismay, some of my decorations were left behind after the event. What followed was a series of disappointments that led me to give this establishment a one-star rating. Upon realizing that my decorations were missing, I immediately contacted the hotel. To my shock, not only did they fail to assist in recovering the items, but the staff's response was highly unprofessional and rude. The individuals I interacted with over calls and chat displayed a complete lack of empathy and customer service skills. Instead of addressing my concerns, they resorted to abusive language, further adding to my frustration. Theft is an unfortunate occurrence that can happen anywhere, but the way Ranbir's Hotel handled the situation was utterly unacceptable. The lack of assistance, coupled with the disrespectful behavior exhibited by their staff, left a lasting negative impression on me. As a customer, I expected a certain level of professionalism and courtesy, especially when facing such a distressing situation. Unfortunately, Ranbir's Hotel failed to meet these basic expectations. I would strongly advise potential patrons to exercise caution and consider alternative venues that prioritize customer satisfaction and security over Ranbir's Hotel in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow.

I recently hosted a party at Ranbir's Hotel in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, and it was a regrettable experience. Some of my decorations were left on the rooftop, and not only did the hotel fail to assist in retrieving them, but the staff's response was unprofessional and abusive during calls and chat. The theft and the disrespectful handling of the situation warrant a one-star rating. I strongly advise against choosing Ranbir's Hotel for your events.
