Hotel looks good from out side. But rooms are very small. Beds are dirty, seems like they never wash the bedspread after guest checkout. Lot of bedbugs that gives itching. Washroom is clean, but again very small. They are not like how they shown in the pictures. Restaurant in the ground floor, Le Arabia served amazing food with a great ambiance.

I stayed here for three days and it was an awful experience. I checked the price with them before making the internet reservation, but when I got there, it had gone up. The room was quite dirty when I first walked in, and despite my repeated requests, they did not entirely clean it. The air conditioner stopped functioning for an entire day; though, it was fixed after multiple requests. The staff members lacked professionalism. After checking out, I received a call informing that I did not pay the full amount and again charged extra money. This hotel does not offer any proper amenities, and it simply costs you.

I had worst experience. They made fun of us in reception regarding our marriage relationship,also treated us like under privileged people. No assistance for taking luggage. Seeing ratings I booked. I never recommend this hotel to anyone. We asked for an extra pillow. They asked us Rs 500 for it. We booked for 3. Unfortunately they give us queen sized broken cot. Never trust the photos they put as advertisement.we were running away early morning from that cage like room.

I have never experienced this worse customer service in my entire life. Am not saying this behalf of any hotel/staycation services , but as refer to the different types of services which i experienced in my lifetime till now . The staff with a mocking culture! They treat customers like someone who came under their mercy. These people are eating money through the payment we made and eating our head! We don't want those people to see us like their breadwinners and to stay respectful, but as customers we do have the right to get the healthy customer service with basic human etiquette. Please first give the staff the basics like how to interact with customers. If they can't please close the hotel and give the building for lease.
