Please don't book this hotel, especially for girls. Horrible experience.. Asked for extra money.. Owner's friend Misbehaved and abused, all were drunk.

I wish there was an option to give -10★ rating. We booked and paid a room at this hotel with OYO app for 2N. When we reached at the hotel at 00:15 am from Jammu Tawi station. The manager showed a very bad attitude, he was asking why we paid through oyo app, they wont provide us a room with this price. We need to pay rs800 extra, he said, we can cancel if we are not willing to pay extra. so we cancelled the booking and selected "property owner asking to pay extra" option as the reason. Then OYO refunded half of the amount, which will take 7-14 days to fully initiate. And rest of the money is deducted as cancellation charge, though it was a fault on their end. Then we called oyo help center, after a long waiting time, the guy on the phone provided us with two option, first one was a nearby hotel but was too expensive, and the second was within the same price range but 10km far. As it is midnight, neither option was convenient. So the OYO guy provided us a third option, which was to pay amount the manager asked but with a new booking as the previous one was cancelled. When I asked him, why 50% and not 100% refund, he said I need to solve the issue separately and it will take time. For now, this would be the most convenient option for us. So we agreed anyway as its risky to stay outside, but when we tried to approach the manager of this hotel again, the front door was locked and there was no one to discuss. So now we are just sitting beside the road wondering what the hell just happened. Terrible experience, Ironically, their name is goodwill hotel, lol.

Low range of wifi, no proper water ... Even no shop for handwash ,no towel. After booking Light cut extra charge 400rs after booking when reach in hotel... If you dnt give a proper service .. don't show high level quality... Very bad

Worst experience in this hotel, I booked one room for two guests through online mode @585 but when I reached there the receptionist told me that they are not connected with oyo at this price hence I need to talk to Oyo customer and they gave me a number and when I called on that number the customer care refused to solve my issue and she gave me another number and no one replied on that number and the hotel authorities told me I have to pay 1000 for one night and i also experienced no water in washroom and TV isn't working and they didn't offered any toileterities. Totally horrible experience with OYO.
