OYO Flagship 806080 Hotel Anix Residence

Found it dirty, unhygienic, inadequate sanitization in view of covid 19 protocols, no sanitizer kept for hand sanitization ar reception or entrance, lift not working, staircase dirty and dark, inadequate light, passages were dirty, room wals had gutka spit stains, bathroom and toilet was uncleaned stained with spits etc. No towel and soap provided. No tissues, toilet paper. Broken furniture. No window to room. Bed sheet appeared smelly and had stains. I roamed on road after keeping nthe luggage there rather than sitting on that bed..

Very bad experience dont book this hotel they always say aapne 1500 rs me book kiya to ac nahi chlaega 2500 or do to ac on krenge in 35 degree temp. we stayed 3-4 days but no room cleaning even a single day again they say pay 1000 more for room cleaning no body listens to our voice they tottally ignore like they are not even listening insane we were 6 girls there on college trip they even try to harass us .thier staff use to come in our room without any reason i night because we were girls even our flight was at 7am in the morning we were checking out from our rooms and leaving for airport at 5am they asked us to pay more money either they wont leave you o god pathetic experience not even soap or were provided please dont go here ever 👏🏻 we specially came from delhi
