Decent and quiet property. Rooms are big and well illuminated. Staff is very co operative and responsible. Food is good. There are multiple food joints around the hotel as well.

This is a gem hidden just across the road from Gandhi Maidan. 6th and 7th floors of the twin Hathwa Tower. Well furnished comfortable rooms. Some rooms have balconies that overlook the Gandhi Maidan. We were there during Bihar Diwas celebrations in the Maidan, and the view from our room was simply fabulous. Mr Amit was extremely helpful and did everything to make our stay memorable. They even arranged a car to drop us at Rly stn at 4.30 in the morning. And if you haven't eaten at their restaurant Raj Rasoi, you have missed a true royal culinary experience in Pataliputra aka Patna. Vijay- bhaiyaa took good care of our needs and the demands of the kids. Definitely recommended for families visiting Patna.

It's a very beautiful place. Also view whole Gandhi maidan looking fabulous from my galary. And service was great 24. Hour's service avilable and breakfast was very good thanks to chef raja. If I get a chance again I will go to the same hotel again in patna finally thanks to pawan sir make a wonderful trip 😊

Yesterday on 14th July at 1 pm I stayed in Pallavi international hotel with my family, the TV of room number 609 was not working, even after complaining to the room service person, it was not maintained. My sister's purse was stolen from room number 605 If there is CCTV footage of 1 pm to 4 pm on 14th July then hotel should look to save its reputation. On the other hand the Raj Rasoi's person took care of my dropped packet and the manager of Pallavi International Hotel returned me too. I am so grateful 😊

Did booking via OYO on 1300/ night(paid in advance as the booking was confirmed). Later, When I contacted the hotel to confirm my booking on check in date, the manager there simply refused to accept the booking and demanded RS 700 additionally. He justified the fact by saying the price has hiked and I must pay the remaining amount to continue the booking. I politely asked them if this was the case why nobody tried to inform me regarding the same in beginning itself and why were they waiting till the last moment. Later, when I contacted OYO customer care, hotel aggreed to accomodate me on the previous booking rate.This 1 star is for irresponsible and unprofessionally greedy behaviour of hotel staff and for their expertise in f*****g the brain of their customers well in advance. Finally, Cancelled my booking, as was so p****d off. Impressed by OYO customer care for their support and the way they handled the whole issue. I got my full refund back in next few minutes.
