I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the appalling service I received during my recent booking at Hotel Signature Hyderabad through your agency. The entire experience has been nothing short of a scam, and I am compelled to bring this matter to your attention. Despite multiple attempts to contact your agency for cancellation, the lack of response raised serious concerns. Upon trying to cancel through your website, I was informed that only the hotel booking could be canceled, not the entire reservation. This inconsistency is unacceptable. After countless calls, I was informed that the hotel's decision to refund rested solely on them. When I arrived at Hotel Signature Hyderabad, my requests were met with denial from the staff. To exacerbate matters, I discovered that the room rate I paid, allegedly in collaboration with your agency, was significantly higher than the actual price listed on both Make My Trip and Quest 2 Travel websites. I am having evidence that both entities are running scams under the guise of corporate plans in association with Make My Trip. I demand an immediate and thorough investigation into this matter, along with a full refund for the amount I paid. Failing prompt resolution, I am prepared to escalate this issue through legal channels, social media platform and expose these fraudulent practices to relevant authorities and the public. I trust you understand the severity of this situation and the impact it can have on your agency's reputation. I anticipate your swift and corrective action.

Nice hotel close to the airport. The room was clean. Room service was good as well. They responded quickly whenever required. The food tasted great. The location is on the outskirts of the city, close to the airport. They provide airport drops. We chose this hotel as we had to take an early morning flight and it was very convenient, instead of depending on other taxis.

1. The flush has not been working since the beginning. When asked to changed the room, no one batted and eye. They said all the rooms are in the same condition. 2. They kept sending a person again and again to check but it never worked. 3. We gave the keys for room servicing but it was not done even after 5 hrs. We had to come back, call them, wait until they leisurely cleaned. 4. There is only one service guy available for all the works. 5. Wifi is absolutely useless. Worst experience ever. I would never recommend this hotel again.

Stayed in room no 404 & 405 . This fourth floor has a open sky space area to sit with chairs for tea & chit chat etc. However, Room No 405 has very low water pressure. You can not take bath with hot water from overhead shower; you have to use bucket and mug. The hotel location is very good as it is near to airport. The room charges are too high as against the quality provided. Restaurant staffs are untrained and unprofessional. Buffet breakfast quality is average.

No wifi & TV during my complete stay. Kettle given was smelling. I asked to replace that twice but no response. AC used to make sounds in intervals and also cooling is not that great. Not got the wake up call. Whatever the features they have mentioned all those are not there and definatly its not the worth the penny we have. The only reason I stayed here is its near to airport but I wont recommend this to anyone. Food is fine.
