My recent stay at this hotel left much to be desired, to say the least. The state of the room was simply unacceptable, with an untidy and disorganized environment that made me question the cleanliness standards of the establishment. The bathrooms were not only unclean but also seemed neglected, lacking the basic hygiene one would expect from a hotel. However, what truly marred my experience was the appalling behavior of the manager. Their rudeness was not only unexpected but also unprofessional. When I sought a change in room due to the unsatisfactory conditions, my request was met with an inexplicable denial, leaving me perplexed and frustrated. The absence of an intercom system to call room service further compounded the inconvenience. In addition, the lack of a shower head in the bathroom was a surprising oversight. What shocked me even more was the hotel's policy of guests having to clean their own rooms and bathrooms. This was not only inconvenient but also raised serious questions about the hotel's commitment to basic hospitality standards. The litany of issues continued as I discovered the TV in my room was not functional. Moreover, the bedspread and pillow provided were in deplorable condition, making a good night's sleep nearly impossible. Upon requesting replacements, I was astounded when the hotel suggested that I bring my own bedding. This level of disregard for guest comfort and basic amenities is simply inexcusable. While I must acknowledge that the hotel's location was indeed favorable, the overall experience was marred by a multitude of shortcomings. I strongly advise against choosing this establishment, as the combination of uncleanliness, rude management, lack of amenities, and disregard for guest comfort makes it an unworthy and potentially health-risky option. My stay here was regrettable, and I cannot recommend it to anyone seeking a pleasant and comfortable accommodation experience. It baffles me to see that both OYO reviews have assigned a 4.5-star rating to this hotel. Frankly, based on my experience, I wouldn't even consider giving a single star to this establishment. The glaring disparity between the positive online reviews and the actual state of affairs during my stay raises concerns about the credibility and reliability of these rating platforms. It's crucial for potential guests to be aware of the stark contrast between the glowing online reviews and the harsh reality of my disappointing stay.
