I’m not one to write reviews but my experience here is worth mentioning for anyone who has small children. Aside from the apartment being outdated, dirty with beds as hard a rock, what was most upsetting was that the hotel had painters outside our room, patching up the hallways during our stay knowing well, through our reservation, that we have an infant. I spoke with the concierge desk immediately to see if they would be able to stop the work or to move our apartment — none of which was done. This was our second time here and without a doubt our last. If you are contemplating where to stay, there are much better options nearby who value their guests. Very disappointing experience!

I’ll like to start by saying that I never posted reviews. This time I feel that it is important so people are aware before booking this Hotel. I paid for an apartment with living and dining area. They never informed me that if I bring anyone to my apartment regardless whether is a friend or family member even for 2 minutes they will charge you 30 dollars per person. Why I’m paying for a large apartment if I can’t invite someone without charge?? I should be informed at the check in !! The running water was dirty. ( check my pictures) My guess and me were escorted out by security like criminals. When I discussed this issues with management I was treated very disrespectfully . Now I know the importance to check reviews before I purchase any service.

I came to visit during Christmas holidays. The decoration with shooting stars, lighting, and ornaments like Christmas tree are all beautiful and added to the lovely well kept structure. There is a small chapel inside the complex. As well as gym, delicious buffet breakfast, restaurants and the best of all, very polite and attentive personnel. The security is good. Will recommend this place to be considered for your stay. Is a little up north from downtown, this means is a little more relax. Is located next to a shopping mall and many stores and restaurants around.
