I really liked the place. The people were really nice. The room is comfortable, the service was great! The only reason for the 4 stars is the noise. Not all the time. One morning, at 7am, there was someone singing and had a loud radio playing. One afternoon, I could hear banging, I am not sure, but it seemed to come from the too floor (which are not rooms).

Very good room with a jacuzzi bath. Quite comfy and feels safe. The neighborhood is cool with lots of restaurants nearby. Only complaint are the towels are rough and the lights go off in the hallway. Makes is kind of weird to get off the elevator in complete darkness. It takes a bit too long for the light sensors to turn on.

I stayed here for about a week in late July. The entire experience was nothing but perfect. Check in was delightful and professional. They helped me with my bags to the room and showed me the rooms amenities. I planned a team offsite here and they were very responsive and attentive even though I was on a different time zone. I booked the small conference room with video beam (projector) and the coffee/tea/water/ cookie service which was perfect. We had a few waiters who were extremely attentive the entire 2 days we had our meetings. The room was beautiful and spacious, comfortable bed, quiet, and peaceful. The breakfast was included in my room pricing and was lovely every morning. Everyone I encountered during my stay here was exceptional, I don’t remember all the names but I was very needy and they were able to make anything I needed happen, from printing to room changes, to lunches, recommendations, etc, they handled. Truly an exceptional team. Thank you: Carlos, Caterin, Giovanni, the security guard, the service man who staffed the meeting space, the waiter who brought me coffee to my room every morning, the night staff, the lovely kitchen captain (who noticed I didn’t finish my lunch and offered to send me something else even though I was just full ☺️) Thank you for everything! I will be back soon!

Terrible, terrible, terrible hotel!!!! I would strongly recommend AGAINST it. For the past few hours they have been banging the my room ceiling (I am at the 6th floor) and playing extremely loud music and could not care less about the rest of their guests. They just want to please someone who ordered a party here. If you are someone who needs some down time to rest after a long day, RUN away from this hotel as far as possible, otherwise you will suffer.

We arrived at the hotel front door and the doors are locked (approx 22:00) we thought that it was closed coz no one on the front desk. We have to wait to call the business just to make sure it's open. We have to wait at least two minutes until someone showed up and open the door for us. We have to ask for a different room because the first room they assigned to us has a few issue, other than that the room are clean and location os quiet. Breakfast was good and all the staff was attentive and friendly.
