When we booked the photos online looked good. However when we arrived we found that the photos taken werent of the room we got. It is small (around 6m2), toilet and shower are together in a tiny 1m2 area with tinted glass walls in the room. So when your roommate is doing the necessary visit you can enjoy with your eyes, ears and nose. For the ones into that, we could also enjoy the neighbours sanitary visits (and all the other sounds). At least we hoped the room to be clean, unfortunately this wasn't the case too. For tall people, look somewhere else. A bed of 1.90m, and a room width of not more than 2.10m will not provide comfortable sleeping. Altogether, all the people writing the good reviews probably stayed in a different room. I personally wouldn't take the risk. Go somewhere else, for the same price you'll get something nicer in the centre. P.s. I should provide some photos, however due to our disappointment we forgot to take photos.

Price 97€ / night was absolutely inappropriate for a such living. Room without window. Old smell inside. Bathroom so small, that person taller than 185cm can't sit on toilet. Walls and floors build out of paper so you hear your neighbors breathing. Because of this fact you can barely sleep. Not any space for unloading your luggages (no closet/shelf). In the middle of the room there were double doors leading to "godknowswhere" which night give your strange feelings and you might feel unsafe with leaving your electronics and stuff inside the room. Literally: Photos of this place on the internet sells you shiny Mercedes. Okay maybe not Mercedes but pretty nice/new Volkswagen. What you receive is 2001 rusty Dacia 1310.

I spent there very nice few days. This guest house is good to feel a piece of Lisbon. In rooms you can find small details which give a spirit to this place. Rooms was with private bathroom. It was easy to get to center of Lisbon but also it was a good point to discover unknown Lisbon with places which you can not find in guides books.

The location and the rooms are okay, a bit trendy. But the service is absolutely unprofessional. I received 1000 e-mails after the confirmation of the trip and before the arrival but in the end I did not book two single beds but a double bed. Arrival with door code and WhatsApp instructions. After telephone consultation the room should be ready with two single beds a few hours later. Staff (students) sat in the kitchen the next morning with their laptop, made the identification and collected the hotel tax. Unfortunately not prepared for cash payment. There was no receipt because there was no printer. So it could only be handed in the next day, the day of departure. So better book at least two days! Actually more like in a hostel. Very unprofessional.
