It was an awesome first time experience for me in the capsule hotel. It was managed so well. Very clean, considerate, and comfy. What I really like are: *Slamming proof door *Spacious shower room with hooks *Personal shower mat *Great natural light and ventilation in the room *Spacious locker *Automatic check in and lightweight key card *Comfortable and clean toilet each with a sink *Well-instructed bins Exactly as advertised. Can't wait to stay there again.

I stayed for 4 nights and had a good time. The capsules are new and comfortable. The location is great and it is well connected to all the tourist attractions, only 2 minutes away there is subway or places to eat. One negative point though is for the air conditioning which is too cold in the common areas.

More comfortable than it looks, and very clean (capsules, hallways, showers, toilets) so I was very satisfied. Staff are helpful and the location is very very convenient for its price. Would highly recommend, especially for solo or small-group tourists who can already speak Japanese and therefore cna be more independent (and do not need a super-established hotel to stay in)

Pros: Clean, nice showers, free towels and toothpaste and toothbrushes, the pods are comfortable. Con: by far the biggest con is that it is loud. Make no mistake, this is more of a high end hostel than a hotel. And if you sleep in a room with inconsiderate guests, it will be noisy. In fact, I slept in 5 hostels over the course of my trip in Japan, and this one was the loudest by far.

Cool place to stay for a night, but don't expect to get much sleep! Facilities are really modern and clean, nice showers, a small lounge/lobby where you can sit and relax/eat. Check-in and check-out was simple. You get a spacious locker (also fits check-in luggage), a welcome package with a set of towels, slippers, pajamas, toothbrush/toothpaste. The sleeping pod is spacious and has an adjustable light. However, it doesn't shut out any noise, so you'll be hearing every snore/cough/movement of others in the room. It's also much too warm in the room for sleeping. You won't be sweating, but it does make it hard to sleep.
