Great hotel in a great location. Room was very nice and clean. Pool was excellent. We arrived early and were able to check in early. I mentioned on the booking it was my partners birthday and too our surprise a bottle wine, a box of chocolates and a nice card was waiting for us when we got there. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended

Fabulous! After trying multiple hotels in Sydney, it was so refreshing to finally find a place with great service, friendly staff, and a wonderful ambiance. Plus, it was actually clean (unlike other supposed 5-star hotels that we had stayed at in Sydney). The rooms are modern, sleek, and stocked with kitchen amenities, washer and dryer, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hotel is so clean—thank goodness! The views are fantastic, and the on-site restaurant has a great vibe, with energetic music. Loved this place so much! I feel like it’s a hidden gem in Sydney! And enough can’t be said about the friendly staff! After visiting multiple 5-star hotels in Sydney with rude staff that couldn’t care less, it was refreshing to finally be at a place with a professional, attentive team! To me, this place should be a 5-star hotel!

Very crowded rooms, with big furniture in a small space. Coffee machine was missing its water container and when you want to have a quick coffee before racing out to appointments, calling room service is too inconvenient. I loved the location which was convenient to all of central Sydney. Counter staff and reception were excellent.

Strange place, trying too hard to be modern and funky - 1 bedroom apartment was squashy and quite claustrophobic I found - would be better as a large open studio room Instead of a wall separating the living and bedroom. Great full kitchen. Hallways dark and dingy The reception located way upstairs is a nuisance having to keep waiting on lifts up and down. I left my phone charger in my room after checkout and phone the hotel and they located it and sent it to my in the post (for no $ charge) very very kind gesture

Everything was amazing. Would definitely stay here again. All the staff was really nice & professional. The location is amazing! We stayed in an apartment where there is 2 rooms. The unit was spacious. The view is also amazing! Love it! The only things that need to improve is just the shower area drainage. Anytime you shower, the drain is very fast to get clogged and you will need to close the water tap and wait for the water to slower drain away. House keeping can also improve. They just change the towel & bedsheets cover. That’s it.
