This hotel is a 1 minute walk from the train station, very easy to get to. Staff were very friendly and a shout out goes to the young gentleman in the reception of the de luxe section for his helpfulness and interactions. The room was nice, the bathroom looked fantastic however the water pressure was a little disappointing. Considering there were two shower heads only one managed to work properly. We paid for a view of the canal and we got one. In hindsight a room situated away from the canal would have been better as it did get noisy at times, but we wouldn't knock the hotel for that as we chose the location. Breakfast was enjoyable. All in all we would stay here again.

Our 1st trip at Christmas 2023, everything was excellent. The staff are friendly and the room also clean and they even has a slipper!!! And we’d like to say thank you to the nicest staff (I don’t know his name) he help us to call the emergency 118 because something happened to my wife so at that time. He deserves a hood position because people nowadays like him is very RARE! Thank you so much mate, we are forever in doubt🙏

This hotel and the team working within were beyond amazing. The room was absolutely beautiful with traditional Italian decor and the views of the canal were phenomenal! A big shout out to the young gentleman who checked us in on the 20th of March 2023 - he was friendly, showed us around the hotel to the guest areas & breakfast space, and then (as we only had a short stay), pulled out a map and marked out where to go to explore, what routes to take, the main attractions to see & locations for lunch/dinner. I cannot forget to mention also that he helped us with our very heavy bags as the hotel was in the middle of installing a lift and we could only use stairs at the time. The buffet breakfast was also very yummy! We can’t wait to return to Venice & when I do, I will not be staying anywhere else! The location was great with not even a 3 minute walk to the train station. Highly recommend this beautiful place!

Our room was very disappointing- nothi g like the ones advertised. Convenience to the station and the view of the Grand Canal was the only thing positive about it. Cramped room. Very poor lighting- couldn't see a thing in the wardrobe. No kettle. Shower was hopeless. Heating uncontrollable. Breakfast was fine if you were paying half the price. Exudes a non luxurious feel.
