My family and I have been longstanding patrons of Marriott affiliate hotels and especially the AC Hotels nationwide for years. This is how our recent trip ended - with our car being completely vandalized in the hotel’s valet lot overnight. The response from the hotel has been a lack of empathy and they’ve refused to comp us for the nights we’ve stayed. I feel reviolated by their style of communication. What a nightmare.

Great location. Get anywhere in boston in 10 mins by car and buses a few blocks away. Breakfast only at the restaurant. Coffee all day in lobby. A little miffed that tea drinkers are ignored. Rooms are comfortable and well appointed. Staff is helpful and pleasant. Try to avoid a room facing the highway. Extremely loud and bright. I should have known when the room came with ear plugs.

Ooof. We were on the top floor “quiet” side of the hotel that faces the Whole Foods parking lot. The banging noise (on a Sunday morning) from trucks in the lot started at 4:45am. It continued on and off all morning. The only solution for this hotel is to install a second row of noise canceling windows in every room.

Modern, well organized hotel with excellent customer service that unfortunately suffers from being next to a busy highway. FYI: At least on the 2nd fl the rooms with even numbers are in front of the highway, odd numbers face a parking lot. We stayed there 1 night after our flight was canceled and we got a room where to spend the night. Not sure how much it can cost but mattress was in excellent condition even though a tad softer for my own taste. Nice shower and couch, blackout curtains are great. Guys at the front desk are encomiabile, whoever hired them: congrats. The vibes are modern/sleek/minimal and very clean, there are a few elements that would need to be upgraded (see pics) from a worn out elevator button, to a cracked floor, to an awkward stick to lock the bathroom door.
