Very close to metro station that leads you to Copenhagen's center in 5 minutes. Exceptional views from the bedrooms, as the hotel has more than 20 floors. Exceptional breakfast. The cleaning of the bathroom in our bedroom when we arrived is the only down aspect.

Picked this hotel because the price was good for Copenhagen and for the class of hotel, and the towers and design looked cool. After arrival we were less impressed. Lobby was nice and the bar staff were super friendly, although the bar closed at midnight. We arrived at 10pm from the airport and learned that the restaurant had just closed. No room service. Breakfast was about 30-35 USD. Did not get free breakfast as a titanium member, which I have at other AC Hotels properties in Europe. Rooms only had 2 sachets of powder coffee and a kettle, like in a 1 star motel. No restaurants or shops nearby (building sites, shops coming soon), so we were stranded and hungry at 10pm. They do have a little shop with sandwiches and cup noodles though. Design was also weird. Green carpeted halls and cream walls looked very dated. 2 towers meant we had to get 2 separate elevators each time. We had a room on a high floor but no view except into rooms in the opposite tower. It was a decent price for Copenhagen but I would not recommend unless you were staying for a conference nearby.

Great place and breakfast buffet. The only thing I would hopefully change here is the bathroom glass wall. 😅 it's good for couples staying in the hotel, but not for family and friends. We were very anxious while taking a bath because you can be seen outside while taking a poop or shower 😅😅😅

The room is ok, but the sink is so small, and hard to wash hands or face. We stayed as a group of three and asked for an extra bed. But they put the extra bed OUTSIDE of the door! We had to bring it in and set it up for ourselves. We had to move the TV, the desk, the lamp, the chairs, everything. That was not good. The mattress is so soft, and painful for our back. But the receptionists are friendly. Welcome pancake and champagne were great!

My husband and I stayed at the Bella Sky in August, 2023 for 2 nights. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great view of the surrounding area. The location is very convenient not only to the airport but also Copenhagen's public transportation system. I forgot some items in the room safe when we departed. I phoned the hotel reception and the items had not been located. I also sent an email message to the hotel describing the items. Over 2 weeks later, to my happy surprise, I received an email informing me the items had been found and the hotel staff shipped the items back to me. I commend the Bella Sky staff for their honesty and communication. Thank you!
