Nice hotel although a bit away from the centre of Copenhagen. Train station not too far away about five minutes walk. Nice buffet breakfast with lots of choice. Reception staff very helpful.

Don't even bother booking at this hotel. First day upon check in, the receptionist did not explain anything. He just asked for my credit card and did not clarify whether the amount is pre authorised or directly charged. The result is that the last day, upon check out, the other receptionists insisted that no payment had been made and asked for my credit card again. I showed them that the amount has already been taken from my card, but they didn’t had any records on their system. I really hope that I will not be charged twice!!! The room that I was provided was the worst. Old and located at the part of the hotel which was under re-construction (scratched floor and nude cables at the corridor). After asking for a new room, I got one whose heating was not working and had to ask for someone to check. Overall experience disappointing! The most frustrating thing was the lack of customer care by the receptionist upon check in which caused me troubles upon check out, not to mention my delay to the airport, caused while they were trying to figure out what has been going on with the payment. I will definitely not choose this hotel again and I advise everyone else to look for other alternatives.

This is probably the most overpriced hotel I've ever been too. Yes, the service, breakfast and fitness centre/sauna are ok. But the room was really run down. No tea/coffee, no kettle, no microwave, or minibar or fridge or safe. Uncomfortable beds and chairs. Even the shower was awkward. I asked at the desk and they said there was no microwave I could use anywhere in the building. What kind of 4-star hotel has no amenities in the room? I stupidly left something in my room, and to their credit they kept it, but they charged me ***$129*** to ship it back.

The hotel should not equate cost-saving with environmental friendliness. I booked a double room, but the hotel only provided one pillow and one towel. There's even no refrigerator in the room. Furthermore, there was no trash bin in the toilet, and the bathroom lacked proper separation between wet and dry areas. Last but not least, the soundproofing is very poor. It was a very disappointing hotel.
