The hotel has a beautiful exterior and pool zone, the rooms themselves are great. We had a suite that’s multi-level (3 floors) and worth the price/it’s a kick a** room and I slept really well! The bathrooms were all great, food showers, water temperature, etc. The location is fantastic for the price and very close to everything. Short walk or cheap Uber to get to just about anywhere. The service however was a mix bag. The front desk staff during the morning along with the breakfast staff are always multitasking way too much and were very frazzled by requests. So as some have mentioned it felt like it was hard to get focused attention or proper help. The night staff however, a young gentleman was wonderful and insanely attentive. I was trying to park car and he helped me access the garage and actually came outside to stand by it so I could get inside. Amazing service. Overall score: 8 Would stay again

A bit closer to town so you pay for it compared to the Marriott to the north east in Sevilla. Down home simple Marriott, you get what you pay for. We had a car so we probably could have stayed at the one in the northeast to save $. That being said our stay was quick but very efficient with good communication, better than we had at the W. Front desk guy was one of the nicest I’ve ever met. Wish I got his name so I could shout him out! He helped me confirm that my parking was ok and wouldn’t get towed down the street.

The stay was very pleasant, the hotel has a modern look. I loved the abstract art on the walls. The room has also modern touch, coffee machine and kettle plus supplies are available. Bathroom has what it needs, the vanity kit was impressive, yet in my room was a bathtub with shower over it. This was not matching g the modern look of everything else and bath needed renovation. There was a bit of mold on the sealant. The stay was super nice becouse the staff is extra kind. They were very helpful. Food was also nice. Breakfast didn't had much choice but I mean for the price its worth stopping there. If you have one wonky leg like me, there is a fair distance between centre, but slowly doable. Taxi fair is approx 10euros. I recommend this place.

The Aloft Hotel in Seville offers a mix of convenience and style, but there are areas that could use improvement. Good Location: The transportation options, especially the 15-minute bus ride to the city center, make getting around quite convenient. It's a plus for those keen on exploring Seville. Impressive Exterior: The hotel's exterior is undeniably cool and stands out, giving a positive first impression upon arrival. Lacking Interior: While the outside shines, the interior feels a bit sterile. It doesn't quite capture the charm or warmth that the exterior promises. Sleep Quality Concerns: The bed was notably uncomfortable, which affected the overall sleep quality. Additionally, there was consistent noise from the hallway, making it hard to fully relax. In summary, the Aloft Hotel in Seville has its merits with its location and exterior design. However, improvements in the interior comfort and sound insulation could elevate the guest experience.

The hotel exterior and pool area have some nice old world charm and the cleaning staff were super friendly, but there are a few other things that need significant work: 1. Front Desk and Restaurant Staff - while check in was friendly, I had a few instances where I needed something and was summarily ignored while standing directly in front of someone waiting for them to look at me. To the point where I had to say “excuse me” loudly to ensure they knew I wasn’t standing there for fun. Please train the staff to be more attentive to guests, the overall attitude was one of quiet contempt. 2. Room safe - locked upon arrival, when I told the desk they said oh yes they are always locked and you must enter “0000” to open them. First time I’ve ever heard of this at a Marriott, and there were no directions anywhere near the safe. Why? 3. The rooms and hallways are pretty beat up. The sliding mirror doors of the closet were tough to move, the floor had areas of water damage, and the hallways looking like The Shining at night. The hot water worked, but this property needs a refresh. 4. The gym is a narrow and very long broom closet. 5. Breakfast was ok, but at no point was I asked if I wanted to order off the menu. Again, just poor customer service. The yogurt should also be kept on ice vs sitting on the counter. All in all it’s not a bad property, but there’s room for improvement.
