I stayed at Adriano for two days during 2023 Christmas. I am very impressed by the quality and service with the hotel. First of all, the hotel is in great location, all must see is within walking distance. There are also good restaurants and bars nearby. Front desk staff speaks very good English and gives us good suggestions about travel in Seville. We are also provided with free snacks and drinks in the room. Hotel even sent us a bottle of champagne as gifts. Also the room is clean and bed is comfortable. Even it’s a 3 stars hotel but the quality and service is even better than some 4 stars hotels in Seville. Well worth the money.

Paloma was lovely. She was so helpful during our stay. She gave recommendations tailored to our specific goals. The rooms were nice with complimentary beverages and the breakfast was delicious.

Absolutely terrible experience at this hotel. The room appeared OK but the parking and manager were completely awful. To park you must take an employee with you to guide you to their private lot. Cost is 21 Euro, the same as most public lots that you could find on your own. We took their employee with us and though no fault of hers, we got lost, got directed down 3 one way streets the wrong way, almost had a head on accident and spent 30 minutes driving around before we got back to the hotel. The manager blamed the staff, who was a cafe server and not trained at all to assist parking. He refused to offer any apology or concern until we said we were leaving. He kept talking over me when I tried to explain what happened and then made us wait when we said we wanted to park. This circus would have to be repeated anytime we wanted our car. No thanks. He was so sketchy and dripped insincerity. Was also not impressed that he scolded the server. This guy was also sitting outside talking on his phone when we were trying to find someone to take us to the parking the first time. We canceled the whole 6 days here and went a different hotel. So, so unprofessional and this manager thinks his customers owe him. The worst!

If you are seeing this review, this is a sign for you to NOT book with this hotel. The front desk employee Enrique (the bald man) scammed me and my partner out of $200 by promising a discounted upgrade when we checked in and then making us pay the full amount at check out, claiming he had no idea what we were talking about. We tried to contact the hotel manager afterwards, but he seems to be on a 6-month long vacation (and counting). So please do yourself a favor and stop at any other of the beautiful hotels in Sevilla - ones that don’t scam their customers. Enrique - if you are reading this, I envy the people who never met you. I recommend watching the movie “A Christmas Carol” to learn a lesson or two from Ebeneezer Scrooge. Spoiler: karma is a delayed train, but it does arrive.
