Found bedbugs in my room as of early January. Reported it to front desk who understood my concern but the housekeeping staff who came to check didn’t seem to take it too seriously (just looked at the bed frame to see it was there or not). Was offered another room but I refused. I was not refunded for the night I stayed there but was refunded for the remainder of the booking. Otherwise a decent hotel for the price but definitely wouldn’t go back again

Had to overnight in Calgary so decided to give this place a test drive. Nothing to cry home about with this hotel. Top drawer with rooms and staff. Would stay there again. Make sure you use their shuttle service from the airport....the cab driver I got was super crabby about the quick drive to the hotel and not making any money....

Perfect location and close to airport. Hotel transportation to the airport went every 15 minutes. Super helpful and accommodating. Comfortable room and easily the best nights sleep all week! ADA accessible ♿️ and laundry services were good. The restaurant on site was high quality with helpful and friendly waiters. Highly recommend staying here. If I am ever in the area again, I will be staying here!

Nice location close to the airport. The front desk workers are always there to greet you with a smile and make relatable small talk. Comes with a shuttle to and from the airport. You just need to call them ahead of time. The rooms are kind of dated with the DVD players, but on the flip side with those DVD players comes a free DVD library near the front desk counter. There is a TV in the bathroom that we did not get to use because the remote controls batteries were dead but that's just a small thing that doesn't really matter. The room was clean and tidy and the housekeeping staff were also very nice. The free breakfast that comes is also adequate because they have a bread bar with unlimited bread and their own special spread of a butter, substitute and jam etc

The room and the staff were truly great. But the overall experience wasn't quite a 5-star experience. The location is great if you are heading to the airport, but otherwise, it is out of the way for many of the attractions. Although it says the hot tubs open at 7 a.m., both days we were there, the one with jets was out of service during the day. Some of the guests were questionable.... we were able to smell smoke coming in from one of the other rooms, and there were beer cans left in random places. The air quality also didn't feel fresh inside the room, and the sheets were scented. Overall, for the price, the experience was worth it, but next time, we'll probably pay a little more and try a different place.
