The staff are welcoming and it does feel like they are doing their best to make their guests feel accommodated and that they have what they need. I forgot my toothbrush and shaver and asked them if they happened to know where I could get some. They were able to just provide them from the front desk. Thought that was super convenient and helpful. The room I stayed in was on the 7th floor and had a view of the parking lot, facing the Tim Hortons across the intersection. The room felt clean overall. The room is pretty spacious, with a separate living room/ dining and kitchen area from the bedroom and washroom. The kitchen has a good sized refrigerator and the cabinets have dishes and cutlery available for use. The bed was pretty comfortable. One thing I’d say would be better about the bed area is with the outlets around them (on the bedside lamps). The outlets are very loose so whatever you’re plugging in has to be propped up by something to keep them charging otherwise they’ll unplug on their own. There’s a vanity sink counter outside of the washroom. In the washroom itself is a shower/ bath tub and toilet. The shower area had conditioner, shampoo, and body gel dispensers available on the wall. The sink area had a dispenser for body lotion too. My stay was pretty good. I’d recommend this place for anyone needing to stay nearby the airport. There’s just not a lot of things to do otherwise and it’s not a walkable area.

One of the better hotels I stayed at. It was clean for the most part besides a stain on one sheet of the bed and the kitchen area. Our suite included a kitchen/living room in the middle of 2 rooms with a king sized bed and 2 queen sized beds. The rooms were tidied and cleaned everyday during our 4 night stay. Breakfast was available every morning until 10am. The location was convenient to get to other places. Free parking spaces available.

Oh darn... Was ready to rate this hotel a 5 BUT come on now...I booked way in advance to use hot tub and got changed and jets NOT working when I dipped in!! Fail! Wasted time. Too bad as room nice and service nice and pool was a nice welcoming area with music on for once! Was disappointed as I wanted to give this place 5 stars as I liked everything up until the big fail. Nice decor in room too and a quaint bar area to watch Jays ball. Expensive beers to max though here.

Location is conveniently located by the airport but that’s the only good thing I can say about it. Paid double the standard rate for this place and the toilet was not working and full on arrival with other people’s business it was gross. I was too exhausted to deal with it late at night so I went to bed and let them know the toilet was full and broken when I headed out to my meetings around 7am. I was not offered a change of room but they said they would have it fixed asap. Came back around 6pm and the toilet was still full and still broken. I had to go all the way out to public washrooms. Needless to say I won’t be staying here again and I’ll recommend that our travel agent no longer book any of us at this location when in Calgary.
