I was pleasantly surprised by the room. We booked it as Calgary was a layover on our way to Mexico. At $138/ night I was expecting a garbage hotel but didn't mind since I just needed a place to sleep. The complimentary airport shuttle from door 4, platform 16 was quite fast and spacious and the driver was very nice. The hotel looks to be in the middle of nowhere near other hotels and industrial sites but again, it was 7:30pm and I didn't care for the outside. When I went inside I was shocked at how nice it was. Check in was quick and painless. When we got to the hotel room, I was floored. It was really really nice!! The washroom was big, clean and modern. The room was great with mini fridge, coffee maker and microwave. TV had a bunch of channels. The bed was a big harder than my liking but to each their own. The next morning we had the complimentary breakfast. There were scrambled eggs, sausages, toast, cereal etc. Overall, I give the hotel a 9/10 and would for sure stay there again.

Do Not Recommend. - Middle of nowhere, not close to food and no food in the hotel (problematic if you rely on the airport shuttle). - Rooms are okay but noisy neighbours can be a problem, hallways are not soundproof. The sliding bathroom door doesn’t lock. We couldn’t adjust our room temperature and it was stuck at 24 degrees and smelled stuffy when we entered. - Rooms are not cleaned during your stay yet they only leave 2 coffee and a small shampoo for a 4 night stay. The hotel is undergoing construction on every floor. - One of the elevators is out of order leaving 1 elevator for 5 floors of guests and housekeeping. - Out biggest disappointment is the pool temperature. This hotel should get a couple of resident polar bears. We asked for the temperature to be increased and were told it’s not possible. We asked for a refund so we could stay somewhere else with a useable pool and were told it is also not possible. I want my money back! - Anything should be possible with properly trained customer service staff and up-kept facilities. - This hotel stay has been extremely disappointing and we will choose other hotels in the area for our next stay.

Perfect hotel nearby Calgary airport. The room was clean and spacious, breakfast was also included in our stay. Front staff was amazing. The shuttle driver was not present when we had booked to leave at a specific time so the front receptionist took us to the airport herself.. She didnt have to do that and we appreciate the gesture. The hotel also offered great price for the stay!
