First time stay at Hotel 11. Very impressed with the guest support. Great staff with big smiles and this is very important in our business world. Great hotel. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Like that the pool and hot tub is open 24/7. Friendly welcoming staff. They make you feel as if they have known you for years and provide friendly exceptional service with smiles. I like that they also have a shuttle service not only to the Calgary airport but also to Canadian North terminal. Each floor has a water station that provides fresh water, or carbonated water. Was a pleasure staying at Hotel 11.

it was a crazy experience and the hotel was good. the server was wonderful, the rooms were clean and it was great. the pool was shocking and we enjoyed our time in the pool. the housekeeping was nice and helpful. I will choose this hotel again. Thank you.

This is a nice hotel tucked away in the quiter side in the industrial area close to the airport. The rooms are nice with good amenities. Also, the hotel overall is very well maintained. Now the service side - I have expressed my concerns with the front desk manager (Belle) about my not-so-pleasant interactions with the the front desk staff and the restaurant server. Hospitality is about accommodating guest needs with genuine service and a smile at the least. Safety - There was a power cut on our first night after we checked in. There was no acknowledgment by the staff members until we called the front desk where we were told "it's not the hotels fault." There was no emergency lights/torch available. The hallway on our floor was left with no single light. We could hear other guests in the hallway with no clue of what was happening? This is a serious issue when it comes to guest and staff safety. I hope the management takes this as a priority to resolve this with some kind of back-up power.
