Great location, friendly service, the room was lovely, good views throughout. The bar (same floor as breakfast) has great views of the city and the mountains behind it, plus the planes arriving. Very overpriced breakfast buffet in my opinion, the food was nice but the hot drinks were from a machine, and the gym setup is really unusual as you get a temporary pass for the budget gym elsewhere in the same building but you have to go outside to get there.

Modern hotel close to the train station. It was unfortunate that they apparently had a city-wide breakdown for hot water on the last morning of our stay. The breakfast had a great view of the city and the mountains and the food selection was good. Car parking instructions were a bit vague - it will be better if they had told us that the hotel ticket had to be validated first at the Kasse before exiting. We had assumed that the ticket is ok to use right at the exit but that is not the case. Decent stay overall but not sure if it is worth the premium price.

Ok, nice hotel in a good spot. Could be so much more though. Firstly , first impressions are everything, after travelling through a Blizzard from Vienna, arrival was very underwhelming. We have a lot of luggage, as we are travelling a long trip with the whole family. There is no help, no porters, and no where out the front to park. The check in girls seemed too young, to stressed and very cold. Also no concierge to help to navigate things. We almost checked out the next morning, but decided to give it a go...This hotel could be at least 4 star, but instead , catered to a very young party loving crowd who don't care for much else. This hotel should be great but delivered little. To their credit ,on check out, they acknowledged their lack of service and helped us out with our luggage. First impressions ..1 star, should be 4 star. I give it a low 3. Breakfast and incredible views were the high light. We stayed in their best room with a small adjoining standard room. Our suite had incredible views but not well catered for, the adjoining room was very small but adequate. It's a great city, that needs a great hotel. Unfortunately it does not have one, and this one did not live up to our expectations.
