Truly a gorgeous place to stay. Great service, good food, friendly staff. Cannot say enough good things about it. The pillow menu is really fun and unique. Spa areas are nice. Everything in the place was spotless and the location was perfect. Would absolutely stay again and recommend to anyone who is looking to stay in Innsbruck.

We felt that the value at this hotel was unmatched! The rooms were beautiful and looked exactly as advertised. The views were amazing from the room. Service was incredible and super friendly. Free breakfast buffet was amazing, we had it every day! And the location of course was unbeatable. The stay also included an Innsbruck Card ("plus" level for staying three or more nights), which includes free public transit and some cable car rides! The Air conditioning worked as well, which we found was rare for our October European trip but much appreciated here because of the unseasonable weather. The windows that opened all the way were so cool! The only problem was the room window opened up onto one of the busiest streets in innsbruck. This comes with the location though, when the windows were closed they were soundproof. I'm already recommending the Hotel Innsbruck to friends and family. It was by far the best hotel we stayed at during our two week trip to Germany, Switzerland, and Austria.

Very nice place, the breakfast it's awesome. Also the spa and swimming pool are very nice. Of course depending on the time u use them, they can be crowded.

I have stayed at this hotel for over 100 nights during the last 10 years total. I find the hotel excellent in all respects. They are very professional. This is one of my favorite hotels in the whole world and I travel professionally. They have what I consider the best breakfast I have had in Europe at any 4 star property. I could not be more pleased with them!!
