The hotel was good and very clean.,We had some issues in AC and we called the reception they immediately respond and came to fixed the issue. Thanks to Mr Subasj, he was professional and very polite to make their customer happy and satisfied to their service

I went to the hotel to use the massage shop forever. I am a regular customer there, but I have found a lot of bad and rude. He said to me badly. What to do when you want to go for relax But met a very bad welcome from the security guard. His name is Ahamad 😤😤

This hotel has exceeded our expectation! We stayed for 5 days and choosing this hotel is one of the best decisions I did for my very first trip with my family. Everything in the hotel was quiet, neat and what I like the most is how their hallway smells so good! The presidential room that we booked was luxurious & amazing, what you see is indeed what you get! Fast service and reliable staff, they executed top hospitality service in every aspect. Special thanks to the GM, Mr. Mohammed Bayoumi, for always making sure that we get the best experience. To the Manager, Ms. Aileen Serrano, for giving us a very smooth booking and transaction since I booked all the way from Canada. And to the Housekeeping Supervisor, Ms. Razel Quibral, for always keeping in check of the cleanliness of our rooms. All in all, we couldn't complain anything at all. I hope they continue giving beyond standard service to everybody. It has been indeed a hassle-free staycation for us in Abu Dhabi!

I booked via call for one day to sleep from my travel , I informed the receptionist that I will become late around 9 and non smoking room because I can't sleep then it was my fault I didn't call to confirm that I will confirm my reservation but when I came the Arabic guy told me that they cancelled already supposed to be they need to call me back. 2nd thing I came to the room is smocking I tell to the attendant I can't sleep if I smell the cigarettes and he talk me nice way and they do air freshener and he told me no available room but when came inside the room but what to do I need to stay it's already 12 midnight I entered the room have some tissue paper on the floor one bath towel nothing any hand towel or facetowel, and i found hair in the bathtub. Early morning at 9 am so noisy in front of the door the colleagues are talking loudly I open the door there and prepare the linen I tell them I'm sleeping but still continue what they are doing until 12 and reception call me to check out time really I didn't sleep properly .this is my hotel encounter here in Abudhabi.
