THIS HOTEL DOES NOT DESERVE THE ONE STAR. TODAY THE 13/11/2023 I MADE A BOOKING AND THEY REFUSED TO LET US STAY. THIS IS A RACIST HOTEL. THE CLEANER LADY IS RUDE AND CRAZY. I COMPLAINED TO THE MANAGER FATIMA ABOUT IDLY. FATIMA ALSO SAID THAT THE CLEANER IDLY HAS HAD IMPLANTS FROM OTHER CLIENTS. FATIMA THEMANAGER SAID SHE WILL COMPLAIN TO HER BOSS. AFTER SPENDING ALOT OF MONEY HERE THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE MANAGERS NUMBER. THE NEW TEAM LEADER THEY EMPLOYED DOES NOT HAVE A CLUE HIS NAME ENRIQUE. THERE IS A RECEPTION STAFF NAME IS LIZA IS ALSO RUDE. THEY ONLY LIKE FRENCH PEOPLE.

Elevator was broken. Front desk staff were extremely rude. Almost zero support for customer inquiry as in where the airport shuttle picks up clients. Down the road to the left is not an acceptable answer

The customer service is terrible. The lift has been down for 2 weeks. There is power outage, reason provided was we could not use kettle and stove at the same time.

I have been renting a room for over 3 weeks now, the staff is really nice, friendly and they speak English. The hotel has a gym/sauna which can be booked individually to follow precautions for COVID. The room is one of the best isolated rooms I have stayed in for, it is bigger than usual for the apartment hotel rooms, good bed, bathroom is big, but my issue with it that I would have preferred a bath instead of a shower but I shouldn't complain, also the wardrobe is small, and the TV screen is really small. The kitchen is small, and too close to the bed, but it has all the utensils needed, also the coffee machine I would have preferred capsules over filtered, but its okay. Also it has a parking. Overall it is really good, especially the value for money, but the main downside which is the location around it is not good for walking around, and view from the window is not good.
