Just a one night stay here. Very nice room and facilities. Clean and modern. Breakfast was quite adequate, but the scrambled eggs were unfortunately cold. Otherwise I was quite happy with the accommodation.

So in this hotel you can request breakfast in the room where you can choose in advance what you want to eat. Surprisingly nothing came as requested, all wrong. Until here is not alright but is still acceptable the fact they sent it wrong but... after contacting room service I realised it was not a mistake, simply the gentleman who picked up was absolutely unpleasant and unprofessional saying they had nothing else to bring and he didn't care at all. What I would like to highlight here is not the fact that I didn't get what i asked. It is the unacceptable behaviour from the staff who picked up the call at Room Service!

I had never a service like this. Treated like a dog. Gym equipment can also be much better. There is so much potential but they are not trying.

It's a beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and I simply loved the interior decor as that's very impressive. The staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the salads served with dinner. The mains were good too and there were vegetarian options too. The staff who attended us for dinner and breakfasts were amazing. Strongly recommend for family with kids as they will enjoy the play equipments available next to reception and the Gym is great too.

I am giving this hotel a one star because of the customer service. We were unable to go to Paris due to our flights being cancelled during the Protesting and Riots. We contacted the hotel for a refund and they said just because we booked a non-refundable room they will not return our money. We booked three rooms and received no refund back. This is a shame, I understand we booked a non-refundable room but it is not like we cancelled our plan on purpose. The city of Paris was going through crisis and the airport cancelled our flight. There should have been an exception, they could have charged us a cancellation fee or something. It is a shame that we had to receive this kind of customer service from a hotel and location that we never got to experience. We have cancellation emails from the flight. How in the world are we entitled to a non-refundable when their country is crisis and they cancelled our flights.
