BED BUGS!! My stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. From the moment I entered my room, I was greeted with appalling conditions. The lifts weren't working, and I got stuck in one shortly after my arrival. The reception area was chaotic, with massive crowds waiting for service. To top it off, my room was infested with bed bugs, and there were cockroaches crawling on the bedside tables and bed. The stench in the room was unbearable, and when I tried to request toiletries, they rudely hung up on me. I can't emphasize enough how disgusted I am with this hotel. I was bitten multiple times within the first 45 minutes of my stay, and despite bringing the bed bugs to the reception's attention, they not only refused to refund my money but also failed to offer a sincere apology. The staff's lack of concern for my well-being was shocking. Adding insult to injury, they falsely marked my stay as a no-show, showcasing a complete lack of professionalism and integrity. If it were possible, I would give this hotel a 0-star rating. They should have compensated me for the new hotel I had to pay for, as well as the taxi fare, at the very least. I strongly urge anyone considering staying here to find alternative accommodations. This hotel should be shut down immediately.

There are bed bugs and roaches. When I entered my room I saw little bedbugs and immediately requested a different room. The staff was very accommodating. In the second room I stepped on a cockroach within a minute. There’s also a general musky smell in the hotel, which can be an indication of a serious infestation.

Rooms smell a bit stale but great price and very spacious a bit out of the way but trams/buses/transportation is very close by

Had from the best experiences at Best Western Orly Aéroport. Recently renovated, with a super clean room and bathroom. Very competitive prices and an amazing breakfast. The breakfast had so many different options from hot choices to cold ones. Very tasty and the everyone from the staff was super friendly with a smile in their face. Second time that O have chosen this hotel chain and don’t regret it. Always, they sell exactly how it’s mentioned on online booking sites and their cleanliness is absolutely amazing. Well done!

I would definitely not come here again, nor would I recommend it. Most of the staff are abrupt with the exception of one guy who I think they were just using as a dogs body. Never been to a hotel where milk wasn't provided in the room, had to ask for it and they said no. While I'm.not usually rude, I was on this occasion, they then decided to get me some milk. Lady serving at the bar was clearly showing her frustrations by slamming things around and talking abruptly. Great customer service...not!. Hardly anyone seemed interested in being helpful but I'll definitely make this known on checkout because some of these staff really do need to learn some manners. In fact they are giving the very few good ones a bad name. Room was okay with mini fridge but TV doesn't connect to phone and channels are limited. Evening Food is quite expensive and not much choice. It was also seen to be chaotic when people arrived to order meals.. some of them just cannot multitask and that includes being polite and prifessional.Breakfast was okay as there were lots to choose from.
