Very bad experience. I called the hotel before booking to check if there was shuttle to Orly Airport. Reception confirmed but there is no shuttle service from hotel. There is a very small bus that serves many other hotels and you can not board in the shuttle. Its always full. Than you have to pay taxi or uber to go to hotel. But who pays the taxi???

Incredibly rude staff We waited for half an hour for the shuttle to arrive. Then as we were standing in the lobby, the bus simply drove by and didn’t stop. Went to ask the front staff why the bus didn’t stop, and tried to say that you had to stand outside, or the bus wouldn’t stop, if you’re standing in the doorway apparently it doesn’t count. She then tried to claim that it was our fault, and we would have to pay for a taxi. I’m not sure on what Planet standing in the doorway when the shuttle arrives is not being ready for the shuttle!

This hotel was good stay. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. We arrived on a early flight and got there by 9:00am knowing our room wouldn't be ready till 3:00pm. We asked if they would hold our luggage and they did. They have a good secure system in place for this. The receptionist directed to a bus station so we could get into town. We received a message at 1:30pm stating out room was ready. The room was clean, quiet family friendly (family room) we ordered food from the restaurant downstairs and they brought it and it was decent the lemon dessert was to die for. The only downside I have in this is the AC filter, I normally take them out of any hotel I stay in because several places don't clean them often and it's well just gross to think about how many people's stay in the room and you breathe that in. All we did was remove it though and leave it so clean up staff would see it.
