We had a terrific stay in Rome. The staff and location were very good. The Nirvana room was good, perhaps a little dark. The Shower could also use a little bit more pressure, but overall we were very satisfied. I liked that everything was music themed. For the price, it was a great deal!

The place and the staff are just amazing! Very close to all the tourist spots, and they even allowed us to keep the luggage after checkout, cause our plane was late at night. Super recommended, thank you!

Our first evening was ruined because Flavia, who was meeting us and doing the paperwork on our arrival, would NOT confirm that she would wait for us longer than 7.30, even though we were stuck in traffic and kept updating her via WhatsApp as to our progress. We told her repeatedly that we were very near, and that we would arrive by 7.30 or shortly afterwards. She completely refused to confirm that she would wait, and repeatedly texted us saying 'I will wait until 7.30 but then I have to leave.' This attitude ruined our journey from the airport due to the anxiety that we would not be able to check in, and would be left out on the pavement with our luggage and nowhere to stay. We arrived at 7.29, after a frantic run along the pavement in the dark, and our daughter nearly falling headlong into the road. Flavia's dreadful attitude made for a very stressful journey and it was all absolutely unnecessary. Shame on All You Need is Rome guesthouse.
