The hotel overall was very nice. My initial check in went smoothly as well, the only reason for the 2 star service review is due to the check out. My card and daughter cards were charged for check out? After I ask if have a different form of payment was okay to use. After talking with manager things were workout out but it did leave me without funds until it clears. Nor were we comp for the inconvenience.

We liked the vibe of the hotel. Colorful, upbeat, fun place to stay overnight. Our room had everything we needed and was clean. The bed was too soft for our liking. Front desk was helpful and friendly but not always occupied. Elevators took turns working after hours so we went from one side to the other a few times. Never did find any stairs. The bar and lounge were nice but the drinks were overpriced. There was a jazz musician that played but we had plans away from the hotel. The outdoor space was accommodating, and they offered corn hole. We played a game of pool (inside) and that was something we’ve not had at other establishments. There was a pool and gym also but we did not use either. Breakfast was not complimentary so we ate out. I appreciate that they offered vegan/vegetarian options though.

We booked here during their renovation. It had a lot of offgassing with no customer discounts for the fumes or the intake of them. The heated pool was very cold. but the front desk dude was pretty cool, very friendly chap.

My stay here gave me the greatest customer service experience I’ve ever had. I’m serious! Someone trained the staff really well here. Everyone went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and requests. One receptionist searched high and low for an iPhone charger for me. Another room service assistant, Shavonda Wilson, was so kind and tan after me when I left something in the room. I’m truly appreciative of all the staff and this overall experience. Keep it up and I’ll certainly be staying here again.

Booked and prepaid for my room through AAA. When I arrived at 11 pm, with my two kids and dog they didn't have the non-smoking two queen room I booked available. I waited until midnight for them to "clean" my room (see attached photos) along with several other people in the lobby. Though it is nearly 100 degrees outside the air conditioning barely works. There was a clump of the previous occupants hair in the drain (see photos). Along with a bunch of mold and dust (see photos). Thought my room was booked for 4 people, they provided 3 towels. At 1 am I learned that they were being laundered and I'd have to wait another hour for them. So they gave me several hand towels. If hell were real it would be a more pleasant stay.
