We were sent over from the Home2 suites on a work trip, because home2 was heavily overbooked. Front Desk was very friendly, but could not give us any info about getting the breakfast that is included at Home2. Water Pressure is very poor, with one small (seemingly intended to be handheld?) shower head. Bathroom is small, I was surprised to see only a stand up shower. Beds are small but comfortable. It is in a good area, close to the highway and lots of restaurants/places to go nearby. I would not recommend it or come back, personally. It wasn’t horrible, there are just better options.

Now, this was my 2nd time trying this location again. The hotel room was beautiful and very clean! Check-in was flawless until check out! Not only did they not inform me of the deposit being more once I arrived, but they couldn't explain. Why? No, I truly understand a security deposit, but I am not informing the guest about the increasing price. I checked out on the 15th, and it's took until the 17th and a phone call to the GM to understand what happened! Now I have to wait till the money returns to my card which, according to the hotel, will take 3-10 days! It did not take that long to debit the money? I will not be returning to Aloft to stay anymore. They told 3 different stories about why they think the deposit increased, and really, not knowing the true reason was too much for me. That information needs to be declosed when booking and when the customer asks about a security deposit like I did. Now, this was my experience, and I'm choosing not to return. And no, I was not offered any Comp time, room, or discount either. This review was not about the security deposit it was about the lack of information provided about the security deposit and the amount that was charged due to how many days you are staying with the hotel. I fully understand that once it is released from the hotel, it is up to the bank to release funds! My issue is with the staff not being properly educated on the ins and out and amounts of the security deposit that are charged to the guest. My issue was with the staff telling 3 different stories and just simply not knowing why the price increased and the guest wasn't able to tale prior to check in.

I'm here on business from Seattle. Couple of things. The cleaning People need to pick it up a little bit. My toilet wasn't clean when I got back from the day. They didn't restock my coffee. So I had to go down and get one. If the ank cleaning the toilet, then what else are they not cleaning? And I know they didn't clean the toilet. Because I left a little something in there and they didn't check it. It needed to be clean. not flushed. Also, their ice Maker while it was turned on. It wasn't set to make ice. Luckily I'm a maintenance man for high-end. Apartment complex is in Seattle and I turned on the ice Maker. On top of that, where is there maintenance man? My sinks clogged. Also, the area that this hotel is in is quite expensive. There isn't really anywhere to eat on a $50 stipend without heading far away. They did have a free breakfast at that. Breakfast is actually one of the best breakfast I have ever had. The person who's cooking in that kitchen is a good chef and they do a great job. The individual who serves us to at that kitchen is also very nice, very polite and very helpful.. The front desk was great. There was a gentleman there who made sure he took care of me for everything I asked for. Let's get those toilets cleaned hotel indigo.

My husband and I have stayed at many, many IHG branded hotels and have been loyal customers. However this stay failed miserably at meeting expectations. The Hotel Indigo line is listed on the IHG website as a “luxury” brand. This hotel could not come close to being considered luxury. Items that did not meet expectations: 1) night stands were visibly dirty with food residue, 2) hair was visible on toilet, 3) the wrapper on the provided plastic cups was covered in holes and had a hair on it (!!), 4) the toilet paper holder would not stay put together, 5) the elevator made an extremely loud noise every time that could be heard throughout the floor, 6) the sink was cracked and collecting dirt and mildew in the crack, 7) the toilet made a terrible noise when flushing. I could go on but it is embarrassing that IHG considers this to be a luxury hotel. The only positives: front desk staff was friendly upon arrival, location is convenient to highway. I highly recommend staying elsewhere.

My husband and I stayed here for a wedding weekend. Because there are a number of hotels in the area for comparable price, we chose this one based on reviews. The room was fine, clean enough, fitness center small but fine, service at the front desk friendly and helpful (supplied me with a razor I forgot to pack). Unfortunately, the walls here are PAPER THIN. Our room had an adjoining door to the room next door, and we did not know until late that night when we were sleeping that someone was staying in the connecting room. It was a man and his young son. You could hear EVERYTHING next door, from the little boy knocking on the connecting door, to every whisper and comment. We could even hear how many cans of soda or beer were opened that night. It was quite late, and I was not really in the mood to gather all of my things and trudge to the front desk to ask for another room. I also do not understand why in most hotels when many rooms are available, guests are often clumped together in rooms all next door. Anyway, I have never experienced walls being that thin before in any hotel I have ever stayed in. It was really quite unbelievable how much we could hear—it felt like they were in the same room.
