Our family stayed at a 2 bedroom with Altitude Suites Hotel Bellamond in Yorkville in early December. This listing was a welcome discovery, as we often have trouble finding multi-bedroom units in urban areas. We’ve also been burned in the past by hotels that have promised connecting rooms, but failed to deliver. Not so with Hotel Bellamond – this unit delivered everything that was promised, and more. The initial booking process was a bit involved – ID is required, as is a damage deposit that is paid directly via Square. (And which was rapidly refunded after our stay.) The staff was very responsive, and there were no issues with sending the information and receiving confirmation. We were also able to get a parking spot with limited notice, which was very helpful. The directions provided were clear, and the check-in process was quite straightforward. Unlike many Toronto condo buildings, the Hotel Bellamond was designed with rentals in mind, and the front desk staff had us set up in moments. The indoor parking space was clearly marked and conveniently located – plus there’s enough in the area that we didn’t need to drive at all between check-in and check-out. The suite itself is beautiful and spacious, and very clean. Not only are there full kitchen facilities – including a dishwasher, but also laundry and multiple bathrooms. The fridge was also stocked in advance – a very welcome touch. We set up our two children in the master bedroom, with our son in the bed and our daughter on a portable camp cot that we travel with. There was ample floor space, plus a crib / play pen was available upon request. Not necessary in our case, but good to know that it was available if needed. The main area has ample seating both at the dining table and on the couch. There’s a beautiful view of Toronto city, and our kids quite enjoyed looking out through the window at the street scenes below. Blinds and curtains were easy to use, and kept out the light. The common areas are very well designed, look great, and are kept very clean. We had no issues with noise or any other guests. Elevators worked well and were easily accessible. Overall, just a great, hassle-free stay – a spacious, comfortable, and affordable unit in a great part of Toronto. Perfect for families. Hope to stay there again in the future.

Great location. Yorkville is a very affluent area in close proximity to lots of good bars, restaurants and shops. A nicely furnished, modern and comfortable apartment. The building is well maintained and looked after. There's even a gym onsite which we made use of. The only thing we would say was slightly negative was that on 3 of the 5 mornings we were disturbed by one power outage which we were warned about at 8am and meant there was now electricity or hot water in the building from 9am to 4pm; and then two false fire alarms at 9am on two mornings. So not the most restful of mornings! Other than that, a perfect stay.

We spent a week In Toronto for a convention and decided to stay at Bellamonde Yorkville because of the location. Right in th middle of a great restaurant area. A short walk to the underground and a ten minute ride to the centre of the city. The apartment itself was terrific with a great view.
