I had a four-night stay at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The location was great, and we loved our spacious room with a nice view. However, the room lacked a main light, making it sometimes challenging to see. We loved the heated pool, and the gym was good too. While the breakfast had enjoyable food, we found that for the price, it would be great if there were more options at least every other day. However my main issue and the reason for the 4 star was the breakfast service. There's one waiter that seemed eager for tips despite guests having to get their own food. The only 2 things that you need to ask for, are a spoon and coffee. It would be better if guests could get simple basic items like coffee and spoons without relying on waiters, as this led to long delays and uncomfortable encounters with a waiter expecting a large tip for a minimal ask and a "not so great" service. I usually tip very generously at the end of my stays if i really enjoyed a service. This aspect left a less favorable impression on an otherwise positive stay. Finally the lobby receptionists were really helpful and nice and always made sure to resolve any issue.

Wonderful staff who are very helpful! It has been years since I last stayed here and unfortunately the hotel is under heavy construction. The once amazing hotel lobby is now boarded up and relocated to a tiny carpeted conference room on the second floor. I really appreciated the wireless phone charger and room view. However, no coffee maker, drinking glasses or bottled water was highly inconvenient once the kitchen closed.

Persons with Mobility Issues: There are 2 accessible rooms and they are missing key features such as automatic button to open the room door and hand rails beside the toilet. The curtains aren't easy to access either with a couch in the way and curtain pulls are over 5 feet high. We had to move the coffee table for more space. Hand rails, automatic door and automatic curtains are needed to make the room truly accessible. Otherwise, King Bed was low and comfortable and accessible shower was good.
