This hotel was incredible! First off, the location was perfect. Close to everything yet still quiet. The staff went above and beyond and were very kind and welcoming. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and smelled amazing. Right next door to a beautiful rooftop bar with a pool that has great food too. If I ever come back to Chiang Mai , I will stay here again. The price is a little high but to me it is worth every penny. The lady at the front desk, Yo, was very kind and helpful and she made everything very nice for us. Thank you again, great place!

Our first time visiting Chiang Mai and we walked in and not only the beauty of this hotel was appeasing but the smell was aromatic! We were greeted with all smiles and this continued throughout our stay. The hotel room was even more inviting and we didn’t even stay in their nicest room that they offer. We were offered a pillow menu with different mists and styles to assure our sleep quality was impeccable during our stay. We ventured off to the rooftop pool/bar where the view and drinks were out of this world!! We did end up adding breakfast for our stay and that was highly recommended. Also, the housekeeping was exquisite and every time we left our rooms they made sure we had fresh water, new towels, and that everything was perfectly placed as if we it was our first time walking in again when we returned. I don’t even want to see what other hotels have to offer in Chiang Mai because I fell in LOVE with this hotel. Thank you to all of their staff for making our stay unforgettable.

My husband and I stayed here for a week for our honeymoon and we couldn’t have picked a better hotel. Our driver, Note, from the airport was very pleasant and had great recommendations. Oat at the front desk was also extremely helpful. You feel luxurious staying at Akyra with pillow options, rice crisp snacks, and an excellent complimentary breakfast. We HIGHLY recommend choosing this place to stay when in Chiang Mai.

Absolutely loved my time here. Room was extremely spacious with a balcony and living space. The large circular tub with a view was the cherry on top. Not to mention how it connected to both the bathroom and bedroom. Service was wonderful as they provided us with a full tour of the room and amenities. Received a virgin lychee martini as the welcome drink and it was delightful. The pillow menu was superb - never seen anything like it.
