Great resort for a family break. Small but well appointed swimming pool. Great spa facilities.we had a lovely stay here fantastic serve in a stunning location. Front Staff must have been very well trained. Most of them are highly professional.

Very cute hotel with an amazing and helpful staff. The rooms are clean and spacious. The location is very convenient and close to many temples and restaurants. Breakfast was also delicious and Well was a very nice waitress. The only minor downside is that the stairwells and hallways are a little dim at night. If you visit on a Sunday, you can walk outside and enjoy the Sunday Night Market. The entire street is closed down for the Sunday Night Market. I recommend going early (before 7pm). It's gets extremely packed later in the night and you can barely move.

Beautifully decorated, felt posh yet casual. Room with direct pool access is small and has little privacy, but it’s clean. Tight fit with a rollaway bed but appreciate being allowed to fit 2 adults/2 kids. Very comfortable bed, good towels and linens. Cocktails and food were inconsistent - some good, some bad - but reasonable prices. Location is good if you want to be in the Old Town, but next time I'd choose a less congested area. Main complaint is they did not explain at check-in about the charges for mini bar snacks* and for room service. Best of all is really the staff, with the exception of someone at checkout who was unfriendly and unapologetic about the unexplained charges. It was a sad way to leave this otherwise great stay.

Our room was super clean and comfy, and let me tell you, the hotel had this amazing lanna modern style going on that just blew our minds! And the location it couldn't have been any better! The breakfast was an absolute delight! The staff, they were so incredibly nice and friendly, it made our stay even more enjoyable! So yeah, everything about our experience was just fantastic!

Everything about our stay was perfect. The staff were incredible as were the hotel facilities. There was so many additional services we availed of including a free morning bike tour with the wonderful Amy and an incredible cooking class put on by the hotel (would highly recommend!). The pool, gym, free bikes and library were great. The staff were so kind and helpful with booking tours and excursions. I can't wait to come back.
