The room was very spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. There was a morning when the water ran out for the entire hotel but they provided us with free breakfast the next morning. Overall, pretty good hotel and location !

We had an incredible stay at T Heritage for our third anniversary. The room was set up with a lovely decoration and gift to celebrate our occasion which we were so grateful for! The staff are an absolute delight - I’m shocked to read recent reviews about the service as I think it’s some of the best we have ever received. All the staff were so polite, helping to carry bags, open doors, make local recommendations and always greet you with a lovely, happy smile. New (may have the spelling wrong) on the front desk was amazing - he went above and beyond for our entire stay! Would recommend to anyone looking for a little bit of luxury in Chiang Mai. It was the perfect stay for our special occasion and would definitely return!

Great room. Huge bed. Well appointed. Good location… If you want to be in the old city. It’s busy and noisy in the day. But that is to be expected. Inside the room is very quiet. The blackout curtains are excellent. Downsides: The king bed is a combined twin situation, and the center line is reinforced by something a little bit hard. There are no body scrubbers provided for the shower. English TV channels are very limited. Mainly just news. I didn’t look with breakfast included. Breakfast was an extra ฿350. For this price, I have not seen a more extravagant, healthy and varied spread since the Asian financial crisis 25 years ago! The Buffay is more than adequate with many bread options, dim sum, very good salad ingredients, many jams and dried fruits, as well as fresh fruits. You can also order à la carte items off the menu. I had pork and rice porridge which comes with seasoning condiments, and holy basil chicken with an omelette envelope that was beautifully presented. Unlimited coffee. Including espresso and cappuccino if you wish. Really a remarkable value!

Super friendly front desk staff! When it was raining and my family and I exited the hotel, the female staff came running after us to inform us that there's umbrellas provided by the hotel. She even followed us all the way to our rooms to show us where the umbrellas were, and she removes her slippers before entering our room. The male staff also recommended a good breakfast place to us called Gravity :) The stay overall was pleasant; we got upgraded to a poolside room as our executive king suite room was near construction which i felt was thoughtful of them. Hotel breakfast was mediocre but their restaurant's dinner was delicious!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was spotless, comfortable, convenient and the staff goes way above and beyond for their guests. The front desk helped us with many inquiries including making a hair color and cut for my husband and me at a local salon. One morning I forgot to close the safe in our room before leaving for the day and the housekeeping staff was perfectly honest much to my relief! The hotel restaurant is excellent as well. We HIGHLY recommend.
