If I could only give 10 stars to this accommodation, I will. The room where we stayed for 3 nights is comfortable, clean and has a beautiful view of the mountains. The price is on the lower side compared to the other accommodations we have stayed in in North Vietnam. It is an enjoyable short walk to the center of town, around 7-8 minutes and has lots of restaurants nearby. It was very cold when we stayed in Sapa and thankfully, their AC doubles as heater so it was really comfortable in the room. What we love the most though is how helpful, generous and kind the staff is. When we arrived, the staff helped us carry our luggage in our room and also when we had to bring the luggage down for check out. We didn't even have to ask them. On our check out date, they even gave us sweet potatoes and the sweetest pomelo I've ever tasted. (we have plenty here in the Philippines but that one is the sweetest). After check out, we had lunch at the restaurant next door and went back to the hotel lobby to wait for our transport back to Hanoi, and they surprised us with a cup of ginger/lemongrass tea each that tasted good and helped us feel warmer. It is an affordable accommodation but service wise, it can rival 5 star hotels we've stayed at.

The hotel is located in a quite good place - walking distance to the centre, 5-10 min to all of the cafes and restaurants, and close to some good trekking trails. Everything went smooth with our stay - the room was clean and had all necessities, we got a second blanket as we shared the bed with a friend. The most wholesome experience was meeting the owner - we checked out at 6am, but left our bags at the hotel. When we came back the owner greeted us with hot ginger tea and fruits, and as we had to wait for the night bus - he even packed us a small dinner for the road just like that! We were hiking all day long, and when we came back to pick up the backpacks, he even arranged us a shower to freshen up after the hike. Very positive experience, one of the warmest stays in Vietnam, despite the winter in Sapa.

We booked this hotel via agoda. Location is great, next to trekking sites. Hotel owner and staffs are very helpful, easy check in, helped us with our luggage although no lift. Good view with balcony as we booked family mountain view room. Laundry service, grocery stores just nearby. Its about 1.2km to sapa halal food places. Taxis easily available at 50000 dong for whole family. We walked most of the time as its really beautiful to enjoy the view itself. Good hotel, value for money and quality. Have breakfast at the next restaurant mountain view station. Banana pan cake was delicious, toast, eggs, coffees, cacao was delicious and big portion.

It was a shame! For me . I forget to left them tip's & gift bcs i was fever when i do the check out. Their service was tremendous. They serve this nice warm cinnamon tea everytime i feel cold that i won't forget till the end of my life. They also upgrade my room to mountain view & that was very generous of them . The room was nice & clean , i like this hotel more than the other hotel that i book near center. This hotel has great view, also quite & peace. The lady manager speak English very well & she treat us like friend or family. 🙏 The owner of the hotel mr zhou \zhu tell us history of tet lunar new year & Nguyen hue. We love it ♥️ The location is not very far from town (for us) bcs we walk everyday to halal restaurant & its not a problem for us. They also help to call taxi when we back the taxi has the best rate than other taxi in sapa. TQ very much at this time i write this review i may not at sapa anymore but my heart always there at sapa valley view. I wish you are doing well & the business grow bigger. Sapa hotel ♥️
