Very good hotel clean and spacious Unfortunately they don't have breakfast but on the other side of the road queens bakery you have a lot of choice to eat from and it's cheap and tasty overall we had a very nice stay thank you Ana park If you would like to go to central festival Mall, they have a Tuktuk service, they bring you there for free. You can also call the hotel to get picked up again. We've had a problem with the power in our first room. But after 10 minutes we already had a new room. We will definitely come back here!

Mixed bag of feelings with ANA PARK. The rooms and the hotel are very well designed and they're very proactive with the cleaning however, where it lets itself down is the lack of services on offer - given the hotel is in a quieter part of town with restricted food options available in the local area, I think it would be preferable that they would offer options to have breakfast & dinner, or at least access to cooking facilities for the guests. We also had issues with the water pressure and temperature of the shower in our room.

The room is relatively clean, but horrible shower (no water pressure and lukewarm). The pool is in the shadow, no sun. Location is bit more outside of the center, not much around. Overpriced for what you get. But worst still to come. During checkout they charged us extra because one of the small towels had a make up stain on it. They claimed they tried to wash it, but it was 5 min after check out. Disappointed that our stay had to end like this, felt like a scam. Would not recommend.

Room is huge and fairly clean. It’s a cheap price but the hotel feels very cheap and janky. Shower has terrible pressure. Customer service is not a strong point here. Noisy room and one night there was a private party downstairs with very loud music that we could hear on the 7th floor - reception staff shrugged and said they werent sure what time it would finish. I had previously read about the tiresome and long check out process and others being charged for things - slightly strange because the room itself had all kinds of stains on the wall, scratches, cracks and water damage on the ceiling. We weren’t charged extra but we did have to wait 10 minutes for the room to be ‘checked’. I wouldn’t stay here again.
