Room was awesome. Your not far from Angkor Wat. The staff is awesome. Rooms have nice beds which was new for me. The pool was cool and you could tell unlike other places they used Chlorine. Other pools I have been in south east Asia I have not used chlorine. Definitely if I would have known about this place sooner I would have definitely spent more time here.

Our family of four had a lovely experience at Grand Venus. The staff are very warm, friendly and helpful. It’s very close to Angkor Wat so we were able to come back to the hotel for a lunch break and rest before seeing more sites. Only $3US for a 10min Tuk tuk ride to the city centre and the street food in the centre is so cheap that it was worth it. The pool was beautiful and clean and the whole place very peaceful and quiet during our stay. They also happily helped me arrange a birthday cake for my husband, which was a lovely coconut cake with local seasonal fruit.

Our room was wonderful and very comfortable and with a nice view of the pool. Little hidden from the rest of the city but was close enough to make a small drive worth it. The food was ok at the restaurant. Language barrier will haunt you, so be patient and stick to the menu as shown. They speak English better than a lot, but it doesn't always mean the results are right. So keep it simple or hire a translator/ driver.
